  2. Last night a bunch of us went to Acme Bowl, rather than to the usual Red Robin. After the bowling alley closed we stood in the POURING rain and talked until I said, "I'm going to Red Robin to see if anyone is still there."
Andrew drove Adrian and his friend and I over to Red Robin. There was still a remnant there. Red Robin wouldn't serve us food, 'cause we got there too late, so we migrated to Denny's, but not without standing in the *POURING* rain once again. We sailed to Denny's where Josh, Adrian & friend, Andrew, and I talked for a while. It was a good time. I think the rain and cold make you grateful for the heat. If we lived somewhere sunnier and warmer we would just take it for granted. It's good for our character, you know.

  3. Oh, and there's always puddle stomping in the parking lots. There were great puddles outside of Red Robin. Not too shallow, not too deep. They were awesome for splashing in. I can't help it if I like stomping in puddles. And no, I'm not giddy. I'm enthusiastic.

  4. Thank you for the new desktop background. =) The timing of that one wave mid-crash is superb.

  6. Amanda, you all should have just come to Red Robin. It felt so empty. Go bowling on a non-Monday next time!

  8. I like the pictures, particularly the one of the surf. There is so much action in that picture, you can almost hear the little bubbles popping on the sand. Great texture. I can't seem to figure out how to make the movies go. Maybe I'm doing something wrong...

  9. The videos are just a JPEG of the first frame, since Picasa doesn't know how to embed video properly.

Every time I use Picasa for videos, I have to edit the HTML manually so that it will work.
