I'm on a $4.99 for 400 sms msgs a month plan; I called to have them add the same thing to my wife's phone and they gave me the same crap that it no longer exists and isn't in the system, even a supervisor said they couldn't do it, yet my phone had it so it had to be in their system. Later, I tried to send a message, and I got the same "connection refused" error that I had gotten originally.<br /><br />I called in, and the representative told me to turn my phone off for a minute, and then turn it back on and send a message. Yeah at&t is probably the worst at cust...Wow... Yeah at&t is probably the worst at customer service. I got really lucky with all of their new data plans. I already had one of their unlimited plans so I was grandfathered in. Their new plans are suppose to save customers money... but they are unreasonable. They want to charge 15$ for 200mb data transfer a month.
